What can I order?
You can choose between two main formats:

  • Custom Song — a fully personalized song crafted from your story, occasion, and preferred style.
  • Custom Playlist — a multi-track personalized audio experience created around a mood, purpose, lifestyle, or concept.

Our offers are designed for both B2C and B2B clients.

What kinds of occasions do you create for?
We create music for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, new babies, family moments, friendship gifts, memorial tributes, personal milestones, and many other meaningful occasions.

We also create projects for motivation, fitness, relaxation, sleep, confidence, focus, and personalized album-style concepts.

Ordering Process

How does the ordering process work?
Our process is simple:

  • Choose your format: Custom Song or Custom Playlist
  • Select your preferred package
  • Complete the order form with your story, goals, preferences, and style direction
  • Our studio team begins production
  • You receive your final delivery by email or private link within the stated timeframe

How long does the form take?
Most forms take around 2 to 5 minutes, depending on the level of detail you want to share.

When does production begin?
Production begins once your payment is approved and your creative brief has been submitted in full.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Delivery depends on the package selected.

For Custom Song orders:

  • Entry: delivered in 3–4 days
  • Gift Pack: delivered in 3–4 days
  • Premium: priority 24h delivery

For Custom Playlist orders:

  • SIGNATURE: 10 days
  • PRESTIGE: 14 days
  • ELITE: 20 days
  • ROYAL: 30 days
  • OMEGA: 45 days depending on project scope

If available, priority options may appear at checkout for selected offers.

How will I receive my order?
All KORDQIO creations are delivered digitally. Depending on your package, you may receive:

  • a private listening link
  • a downloadable audio file
  • bonus assets such as a gift PDF, QR kit, instrumental version, sheet music, karaoke version, or video add-on

No physical item is shipped unless explicitly stated.

Is the gift link private?
Yes. Where included, private gift links are designed for personal sharing and gifting.

Customization

Yes. You can request a preferred genre, mood, tempo, or atmosphere such as: pop, acoustic, cinematic, soulful, romantic, emotional, uplifting, chill, motivational, ambient, or modern commercial-style production.

Can I choose the language?
Yes. Depending on your brief, we can work with different language directions. Availability may vary by project type and complexity.

Can I submit my own lyrics or message?
Yes. If you already have words, lines, or a message you want included, you can share them in your brief. Our team will adapt them to the final musical direction where appropriate.

Revisions

Are revisions included?
Yes. Revisions are included on eligible offers as stated on the product page.

What kind of revisions can I request?
Revisions are intended for reasonable adjustments such as:

  • name pronunciation
  • factual details
  • brief alignment
  • minor lyrical refinements
  • subtle presentation improvements

Revisions do not cover a complete change of concept, a full rewrite from a new brief, or a change to a different product type after production has started.

Custom Playlists, Albums, Wellness & Lifestyle Audio

Do you only create gift songs?
No. In addition to occasion-based songs, we also create personalized playlist and album-style experiences built around goals, routines, and identity.

Can I order a personalized audio project for sleep, motivation, sport, or focus?

Production Approach

Is everything created by humans?
Every project is directed and quality-checked by our studio team. Depending on the project, we may use advanced production tools and selected assistive technologies to support certain technical stages such as structuring, editing, sound refinement, and workflow efficiency. Final artistic direction, selection, and delivery standards remain human-led.

Is this an instant one-click generated product?
No. KORDQIO is a made-to-order service. Each order is reviewed, shaped, and finalized according to the client brief, package, and creative direction.

Rights, Content & Usage

Do you create cover songs or imitate famous artists?
No. We do not offer unauthorized cover songs, voice imitation, or misleading impersonation of public artists. All projects must remain original and compliant with applicable intellectual property and platform standards.

Can I use my song on social media?
Yes. You may use your song on social media for personal and commercial use.

You have full usage rights for the delivered song. The only condition is that KORDQIO must be credited whenever the song is published, shared, or used publicly.

This includes platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and similar channels.

Will my story remain private?
We treat client submissions with care. Your story, names, and project details are used to fulfill your order and improve the production process. If you prefer that your project not be referenced, showcased, or reused in any promotional context, you may state this in your order or contact us directly.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major secure payment methods available through our checkout, including major debit and credit cards and other supported payment options depending on region and eligibility.

Do you offer instalments?
Flexible payment options may be available at checkout depending on your country, currency, order amount, and eligibility.

Is payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through a secure checkout infrastructure designed to protect your transaction and payment information.

Refunds & Cancellations

What is your refund policy?
Because each KORDQIO order is made to order and personalized, orders are generally non-refundable once production has started.

If your order is affected by a technical issue, a delivery failure caused by us, or a clear personalization error within the scope of the purchased offer, we will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a correction, revision, or refund in accordance with our policy.

Can I cancel after ordering?
If production has not yet started, cancellation requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Once production has started on a personalized digital order, cancellation is generally no longer possible.

Why are personalized orders generally non-refundable?
Each project is created specifically for one customer based on their story, preferences, and specifications, and therefore cannot be resold or reassigned like a standard digital product.
