Refund Policy
We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a refund.
Since we provide custom digital services (Custom Songs and Musicotherapy Audio), our policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction while respecting the work of our artists and studio engineers.
To be eligible for a refund, please contact us if the final digital file is defective, corrupted, or if the service was not delivered. Given the personalized nature of our work (custom lyrics and composition), we encourage you to use our revision process first to adjust the song to your liking before requesting a full refund.

If your refund is accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Damages and issues (Digital Files)
Please inspect your digital file upon reception (download link). Contact us immediately if the file is defective, has audio glitches, or if you received the wrong personalization, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
Revisions
Before requesting a refund, we offer revisions included in your package. If you feel the lyrics or the mood do not match your story, please reply to our delivery email within 72 hours so our studio team can make the necessary adjustments.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, such as:
- Gift cards.
- Digital files that have been fully approved and downloaded, unless they are technically defective.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, provided that the service has not been fully performed. Note: By explicitly requesting the immediate start of the song creation (custom service) before the end of the 14-day period, you acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once the service is fully executed.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your request and inspected the issue. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
