Delivery Policy (Digital Goods)

(EU / UK / US – International)


1. Scope of This Policy

This Delivery Policy applies to all customers located in the European Union (EU), United Kingdom (UK), United States (US), and internationally. KORDQIO (Nexura Group LLC) provides custom-made digital services only. No physical products are sold or shipped.


2. Digital Products Only – No Physical Shipment

All products offered are personalized digital creations produced on demand (custom songs, audio files). Accordingly:

  • No physical shipment takes place.
  • No postal, courier, or freight services are used.
  • All deliveries are completed electronically via email or secure download link.

3. Acceptance & Binding Agreement

By placing an order, the customer expressly confirms and agrees that:

  • The product is a customized digital service.
  • Production begins immediately after order confirmation.
  • Delivery occurs exclusively in digital form.
  • Once the file is sent/delivered, the service is considered fully performed.

4. Production & Delivery Timeframes

All delivery times are estimates based on our standard production workflow. Typical delivery windows:

  • Standard delivery: 3 business days (72 hours) following the submission of your story/form.
  • Revisions: If revisions are requested, the timeline may be extended by 24-48 hours per revision round.

Delivery times may be extended without liability due to:

  • Artistic or creative complexity.
  • Incomplete, inaccurate, or late customer information.
  • Technical issues, force majeure, or periods of high demand.

5. Digital Delivery & Fulfillment

Delivery is deemed completed when:

  • A digital file or download link is sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Important: The customer is solely responsible for providing a valid and accurate email address and for checking spam/junk folders. Failure to access or retrieve files due to email issues does not invalidate the delivery.


6. No Shipping Fees, Customs, or Import Charges

As all products are delivered digitally:

  • No shipping fees apply.
  • No customs duties or import charges apply.
  • Any applicable digital service taxes (VAT, sales tax) are handled in accordance with local laws at checkout where required.

7. Revisions & Impact on Delivery

Revision requests:

  • May extend overall delivery timelines.
  • Do not constitute non-delivery or delay.
  • All revisions are governed exclusively by our Refund & Revision Policy.

8. Customer Responsibility

We are not liable for:

  • Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies provided by the customer in the submission form.
  • Incorrect spelling of names or details submitted.
  • Third-party service failures (e.g., if your email inbox is full).

9. Chargebacks, Disputes & Non-Receipt Claims

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees that:

  • Digital delivery logs (email confirmation and server logs) constitute proof of full fulfillment.
  • Chargebacks or disputes based on “non-receipt” after confirmed digital delivery are considered invalid.
  • Any concerns must be raised with customer support prior to initiating a payment dispute.

10. EU Consumer Rights – Explicit Waiver

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, customers located in the European Union expressly acknowledge that:

  • The service involves customized digital content.
  • Performance begins once production starts.
  • The statutory right of withdrawal is waived once the service has been fully performed (file delivered).

11. United States & International Customers

For customers located in the United States and other regions:

  • All sales are considered final once the custom digital service has been delivered, subject to our Revision Policy.
